Just to update you on our bike skills!

We rode in the new ride on Saturday - The Big Easy - from the Snow farm on the Pisa Range to Albert Town in Wanaka.

All good as it was advertised as a family ride - 4 wheel drive tracks through 3 farms a downhill and along the Cardrona river and home.  If we hadn't had a session with you I doubt that we would have been able to ride the zigzag downhill - straight down from 1400 metres on a fairly unformed track - the most scary downhill I've ever done, but what was so good was your lesson for us, it gave me a good focus and a good concentration on techniques.  Without your tutelage I think I would have walked a lot of it!  Brian made the same comment.

So a very grateful thanks to you, while we are not the most diligent practisers of all you showed us, enough of has stuck in our minds and made a huge difference for our riding.
